-----Answer-----
Hi,

Sorry to hear your buyer's remorse.

I think you should definitely go back and get the full details on what EXACTLY was done to your car - what services (labor) was performed and what exact model/type of speakers were put into the door.
For instance, did the stereo install people run an all new wiring system through the doors and to the trunk, or did they simply swap out the speakers and use the pre-existing stock wiring harnesses?
Without that information it's impossible to say for sure.
For what it's worth - the amp and sub models that you did mention are definitely not first rate.  That being said, $809.00 could be considered a pretty cheap install in cities such as mine.

Thanx . . . The front doors are JVC 6x9 5 way 500 watts . . . Rear doors are Memphis 125w 5" coax . . . They didnt out what was on my sales reciept .They were suppose to put PROF 1 PROFILE 1000W MONO BLO / PB POWERBASS 10" 40HM ,But instead the Memphis , cuz they said the PB's wouldn't fit , and They said they owe me the tweeters , wich are on the sales slip ( POWER BASS 1" Tweeters . . . . . Does this info help ?

Answer
Two Memphis subs, right?  Are they single or dual voice-coil?

Assuming the least expensive options, I would estimate a pre-tax cost around $700 - though it wouldn't be unreasonable to pay $750 - $800 after taxes if your two subs are the 15-PR104D dual voice-coil subs.

I am not at all sure where the extra tweeters came from.   That mystifies me, because it sounds to me like you were only considering PB subs.   You've got co-ax speakers (woofer and tweeter in one) in all 4 doors, you don't need any more tweeters.
In addition, there aren't any Memphis 5" coax speakers that could possibly take 125 Watts, so what you may have is a case of mistaken identity - they may have installed a PB 5" 2XL or possibly L-5C "components" speaker into each door and are waiting to furnish and install a tweeter.
If that is the case, you paid upfront.  I wouldn't let them charge you again for labor to install the tweeters.

$50 is not uncommon for a 1-year warranty on an installed system - though all of your Memphis stuff is already backed by a 1-year equipment warranty that Memphis requires your tuner shop to honor.  ALWAYS ask your shop for its "factory warranty policies" - the things that the manufacturers REQUIRE your shop to do in order to be a dealer of their products.
In some cases, if a particular product goes bad the first year the factory requires that the dealer MUST replace the product at no cost to you.  They aren't always eager to share that information, because it helps them make another $50 selling you a shop warranty.

You can do the same estimate I did by looking at your sales slip and cruising the Internet.
Typically, dealer/install houses sell products at 15-percent below MSRP (this can sometimes be the same or slightly higher price as what you'll find on the Internet).
Then, they will price labor at 35-percent of the total equipment cost (if they're competitive, though 36 - 40 percent is not unusual).
If, after your calculations, your bill is 15-percent higher or more I might drive to a competitor's shop and have them take a closer look at it with you.

Anyway, after thinking about it and pricing it up independently I am not too worried.

Enjoy your new system, I bet its thumping!
