Audio Systems: Panasonic Head Unit removal, panasonic cd changer, panasonic cq

Question
Hello, I have a Panasonic CQ-C3300U mp3/CD head unit that was professionally installed in my 1997 Honda Accord SE Special Edition.  I also have an ipod and wish to connect it to the RCA connecters in the back of the unit so sound will come through my car speakers.

I was hoping for a step-by-step answer on how I remove the stereo enough to plug in the wires and then slide it back in.  I have little or no experience in this kind of thing, but I really don't want to pay for something that on the surface seems relatively simple.

Thank you

Answer
It's more involved that you think. I checked that model and I see no listing for it having an aux input on the back. It does have the Panasonic CD changer input, so you would need the adaptor. I found one on ebay, item# 250046713184
As for removing the unit, it should have come with metal "keys" to release it from the dash. If not, the shop should be able to pop it out for next to no charge.
