Audio Systems: why that i cant play a burn cd in my car, nisssan murano, fm modulator

i have a 2005 nisssan murano. when i try to play a burn cd in audio format it wont play what to do

Many OEM stereos are not yet compatible with all CDRs. I would recommend using an MP3 player or ipod instead. Does the head unit have an MP3 jack? If so, use that. Otherwise Belkin makes a great ipod charger/fm modulator that just plugs in your power outlet.
