Audio Systems: 1992 dodge spirit, premium sound system, dodge spirit

I installed a Jensen model cd3010x cd player into my 1992 dodge spirit the cd player plays but no sound wants to come out what can i do to fix it

almost every dodge was avilable with a "premium" sound system.  if your old stereo had a single wire "clip" on the back this is the ground that triggered the amplifier hidden in the car to turn on.  
If so, go to www.installdr.com and look at almost any dodge (the spirit isnt listed but they're almost all the same)  and scroll down to the section that talks about wiring this clip to your new stereo.
