Audio Systems: car stereo getting extremly hot, sony cdx gt200, nissan micra

iv a sony cdx-gt200 car radio and i have a 1992 nissan micra 1.2 lx the radio is working and playing fine iv just noticed the back getting well hot burning hot and i dont no wot ive done wrong

they will get warm and this is perfectly normal.  there should be what looks like an aluminum block on the back that has fins or ribs on it and this can get so hot it's uncomfortable to touch.  this is normal.  there are temp sensors in it that will shut the unit off if it gets too hot, if this happens then there may be a problem but until it does I wouldnt worry about the heat.
