Audio Systems: service engine light, computer answer, change oil

THANK YOU FOR THAT LINK, IT DESCRIBED HOW TO RESET THE CHANGE OIL SOON LIGHT,  I NEED TO REST THE SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT?  DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER SITE THAT I MAY FIND HOW TO ACCOMPLISH THAT.

I own a 2004 envoy, can you tell me how to turn the service engine soon light off? I have done All the scheduled maintenance myself and would like to reset the system.  There are no codes as i have had the vehicle on a computer.

This site shops the different types, but not the newest vehicles like yours. The brake X5 seems to way we did our last one.

If your service engine soon light is coming on rather than change oil soon (sorry, read it when I was sleepy) there is a reason. We have a MAC Tools service computer we hook up to vehicles when this happens. Usually something easy like the engine was run without the gas cap on, and just needs to be erased.
