i need a diagram or instructions to hook my all my highs to an amp.


Answer
There is no question here. The statement is at best very vague.
You might as well have said "I want a stereo". ;)

If you can provide me with all of the make/model numbers of the speakers you are wanting to hook up and the amp you plan to hook them to, I can assist you fully.

You may or may not need crossovers to protect the highs/tweeters from low frequencies. Once I have specifics about your gear, we can easily and fully deal with your problem.
