Audio Systems: bose system removal from infity, infity, bose stereo

unfortunately for me my wife used my vehicle I had a cd in my bose stereo and my wife proceeded to put in another now there are two in the cd player they wont eject and now my tape player has gone to clicking and the saying tape error. basically tell me how to remove stereo from dash so i can either get it serviced or fix it myself the vehicle is an i30 infinity 1997 model

I think it will be best to take it to a shop who knows how to get inside the unit and remove the cover to relieve the friction from the second disc that is holding them locked into position.  There may be a requirement to adjust something that became misaligned due to the mechanical tightness caused.

If you are brave and mechanically adapted, you might try to do it yourself.
