Answer
Hi Daniel,

As I've had to answer many times recently, many CD/MP3 players for vehicles are prone to failure.  They're being very cheaply and poorly made due to a competitive market, and the units are exposed to environmental extremes by being in a vehicle: hot/cold, dry/wet, direct exposure to sun, etc.

Jensen is a low-end manufacturer so I'm not surprised it's dead.  If it's only 3 months or less old and you bought it new, you can return it for a replacement, no question.  If you bought it used or from a non-authorized dealer, then you're out of luck.  It's much cheaper to buy a new one than to repair it.  Just make sure you take it in to be recycled!  Good luck!  Cheers, Wink
