Audio Systems: reply to what kind of car i have, radio tunner, dodge caravan

I have a 1995 dodge caravan the radio is a stock radio and does not have a tape or cd player. does that help?

yes that helps a lot that radio have that problem is not the antenna it is the radio tunner that goes bad  some people say
that is condensation from the ac line running on top of the radio i believe that is just the radio   
sorry but radio needs to be service or you can buy one from www.partydown.com with tape for $70.00
