Audio Systems: radio compatibility, chrysler jeep grand cherokee, jeep grand cherokee

i've got a infinity sound system out of a 1994 chrysler concorde. will i be able to mate that with a 1994 chrysler jeep grand cherokee radio infinity ?

Well, you can alway mate them if your handy enough.  Sometimes there is rewiring that is necessary and sometimes not.

Here are two things I suggest in order to do the switcheroo.

FIRST: Look at the two install sites above and compare the similarities and differences.  Especially the wiring chart at the end of each of the web pages.

SECOND:  Get yourself a vom (volt-ohmmeter from Walmart for $9.83) and use it to check the 12 v lines so that you can connect them properly for sure.  Also, you can use the ohmmeter to check the speaker wires to make sure you know where they are going and to which speaker.  Short the ends of the speaker pair together so you can look for the shorted condition at the receiver end.
