Audio Systems: cd, truck cd, factory stereo

My cd is stuck in my truck cd player.  Any idea how I can get it out?  Thanks.

try removing the battery cable for a while and putting it back on.  If this is a factory stereo:
A. be aware that doing this may require a code to make the cd player work again
B. I dont really answer factory questions so my next piece of advice would be just tear it apart, get your cd out and get an after market cd player.
