hi

i was given this cd radio player but i cannot find the model or the wiring colour codes anywhere on the net.
it reads
phillips 69 dc 902/97

then barcode
9069 219 0297902
another barcode
010 96 51 054932

your help would be greatly appreciated so that i can mount it in my 4X4

Sorry, phillips are not sold here in Canada. You could just bench test it, find the ground wire with a voltmeter, the speaker wires are usually in pairs. Have you checked the wires' colors compared to EIA standards? Here is a short primer;
