While installing radio the negitive wire happened to touch the positive wire and weve checked the fuses arent blowen I just miss typed the question
we checked them and all are good

Answer -
How did you check them?  In order to be sure they must be pulled out and checked with a meter ;  a visual is not good enough.

Also, if the shorting of the two wires was solid enough it can melt open a section of the wire.  Did you check it for 12 volts under load?  OR, you must put an ohmmeter on the lines and check them for continuity.  Sometimes a wire can go open at a junction point or even right out in the middle of a span and you can't know it without checking.

And, sometimes a short term high current short like that can cause the ancillary terminal on the positive side of the battery terminal to go open, check that and fasten it down again, good.

we checked them with a meter but i will check the other stuff

Answer
If you are sure you have 12v at the amp and at the turn on line as well then we must look internally at the amp to see what is going on.

Last comment about fuses. I have seen fuses that look good, measure good with an ohmmeter, but when they pass current they open up.  Only way to be sure is to replace the fuse a new one when something like this is expected.  Rare occasion, but possible.
