Audio Systems: 2003 Explorer AM/FM/6CD removal, ford units, removable radio

Question
I think I know what I have to do to get the CDs out, but how do I remove the factory in-dash AM/FM/6CD player from the dash?  It's a 2003 Eddie Bauer Explorer with the rear DVD Entertainment system.  It's a lease I'm about to turn in, but the CDs won't play or eject. All I get is "CD Error".

The newer Ford units usually have bolts that need to be removed, look for a removable radio trim panel. As you are about to return your lease, are you sure you want to spend any $$$ on this? Perhaps using an ipod with FM broadcaster would get you by...
