Sir,
My Cd player in my vehicle will not read any cd that I put into it, the radio itself works great but the cd player doesn't.  The cd player was working great a couple of days ago and now it won't read anything including a cd player cleaning disc.  If you could let me know if you have ever heard of this and why its happening please let me know.

This one of the most common problems in cd player mecahnisms.  There are many causes, both electrical/electronic and mechanical.

Because there are so many possibilities it is best to take it into an install/repair shop and have them look at it.

Often it will be something simple and easy to fix; sometimes very difficult and expensive.

It may have a disc stuck in it; it may have a foreign object jammed in the tray area, it may have a frozen motor - and so on.
