Audio Systems: line noise after REWIREING my cd chager, punk rock music, pc networking

Question
i have a 95 satur(just got it) the JVC changer is in trunk. It was wired and worked when i got it but being they stuck the box and half the wires under the seat wires got pulled out.
SO i rewired it.. got power all that jazz, but i have so interferance line noise i can hear the cd playing but it's far from being clear (am/fm/tape is playing clear).
it's got plug in for remote, one to back of stereo forspeapers.. one from the cd changer box (under the seat) to anntenna and then one back to the changer. the wire ran from the batter is connected to my power and switch wire w/ approprate fuse in check.
Why am igetting so much line noise.. are my wires too close.. It has a groun wire (constantand switch wires) it's grounded to a screw under dashboard looks secure. do i needa run another ground wire. came across that in some troubleshooting help online (which hasn't been helpful).
I have a good understanding of wires (college for pc networking andtroubleshooting and my share of electronics classes) but i'm broke and at my wit's end and want to hear my PUNK ROCK music!! Please let me know. thanks SO much.
desprite for her tunes in her car!
thanks KC

Answer
the cd changer wire and power wires can not be close to each other they need to be about 3 inches apart   because the black cd changer wire don't have a shield in it
the other problem can be  if you broke the ground wire for the cd changer  look at all the wires again
good luck
