Audio Systems: 96 audi A4, pioneer cd player, bose system

I am trying to put a pioneer cd player in my audi A4. i have an aftermarket wiring harness that i cann get power to my head unit with. the problem i am having is connecting to the speakers. the car has a bose system that was factory installed in it. also there is an amp in the back that all the speakers run into. up front in the car i only have 1 wire for each speaker instead of two. do i just bypass the bose system and just run speaker wire from the speakers to the head unit?

Yes, you can bypass it all and run new wires to every speaker, probably the trunk in this case. You can also buy a Bose adaptor, your call.
