Audio Systems: Radio, 2001 dodge stratus, dodge intrepid

Question
My radio started blinking on and off a few months ago when i would change the station, or touch the volume, and would eventually come back on. Now all it does is blink on and off.  It is the factory stereo on a 2001 Dodge Stratus.  I changed the fuse, but that was'nt it?  Any ideas?

the radio is defective i dont' have much  experience with your vehicle but i seen that radio do that a few times and when that happen radio needs to be service  on the dodge intrepid
water from the ac gets into the radio condensation
sorry not a simple solution
