Audio Systems: about the sound, rear speakers, speaker wire

When the car had a amp and subwoofer they cut the rear speakers wires and hooked the amp up that way. So i hooked the back speakers up and still dont have any sound coming from the back two speakers and the front passanger speaker. Please help me out here?

Without knowing all of the installations' specifics;
After you have taken a look at all of the connections, I would say to run all new speaker wire AND install new speakers.

If that is not an option, you could pull them and test each speaker out of the vehicle and go from there.


Since it has been cut (on at least the back ones), I would run all new speaker wire for each of the 4 speakers, regardless. This way, you know [for sure] that this is not a wire problem.
