Audio Systems: 95 Toyota Avalon factory Cd Changer and JVC JVC model CH-X99/100 12 disc cd changer, jvc model, toyota avalon

Question
I have a Toyota factory 12 disc cd changer in my 95 Toyota Avalon, it plays well; until I get the message Load, which has been happening frequently lately.  Once I open and close the door on the cd changer it plays for a time then gives the Load Message again.

I also own a JVC model CH-X99/100 12 disc cd changer that is giving me R-1 error. I was wondering if you could tell me what is wrong with it.  It is brand new; I bought it a while ago and just put it in my truck.

the laser error reset on the toyota cd changer when you change disc or eject the cd magazine that is the reason  that it plays and stops when finds the error
that error means it can not find the disc
try a cleaner cd if that don't work it will need to be service
