Audio Systems: magnavox flat screen tv, flat screen tv, pixel array

we have a magnavox flat screen tv. when turned on, the monitor is now blinking the word "aging". after a few seconds, the screen goes dark. then it re-lights with the blinking word "aging". this series just continues. the remote will not turn off the tv, only the on/off button on the monitor will turn it on or off. is there some magic button to push or a combination of numbers on the remote? any advice you can give would be appreciated.

I suggest you contact Magnavox customer support with this question: www.magnavox.com and click on "Support Center". Input your model number and follow the directions.

If your model is an LCD display monitor, the term "aging" refers to a still image being burned into the pixel array--not a good thing. If that's not the case, this sounds like a software malfunction that Magnavox may be able to address.
