Audio Systems: 2000 GrandGT delco cd player, delco cd players, pontiac grand am

Hi, I just bought a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT it has a delco stereo with an equalizer in it.  I brought it in for repairs at the car dealership were I bought the car because when I try to play my CD that has about 25 tracks on it, the cd player fights trying to play it and will only play up untill about the 12 track, the car dealership told me that some cd players won't play a cd with that many tracks on it, the cd plays in every other newer car that I have been in, it is a new cd bought from a store. The cd also skips when trying to play it. I appreciate any info you might have regarding what my cd player should be capable of playing or if you think there is a repair that needs to be made.  Thank You, Angela Jensen

Well i don't want to call anybody liar but any standard cd player is capable of playing up to 99 tracks minimum, if your radio plays all other CDs it may be a problem with that CD specially if it is Burned if you make your own CDs try to burn them at lower speed, the Delco CD players are not so friendly with copies.
