How do i know where the ground cable is connected and what is the Constant +B?

Well actually there is no "GROUND" in the car! but is the name that is given to the 0 potential or negative side of the battery wich is connected to the Body of the car it means that  any metal part that is in contact to the main frame will be ground about the Constant +B it is any wire (fused) that has battery voltage all the time even when you remove the key.
