Audio Systems: some cds dont play in my jeeps cd player, jeep grand cherokee, infinity gold

when my infinity gold cd player is warm it will not play some of my cds.  i can hear the deck going into search mode but no function.  some cds will play all the time.  i've tried a lens cleaner...any other suggs? this is in a 1996 jeep grand cherokee ltd

The lens cleaner is not a good idea for any slot loading mechanism, if you are a little handy and like to experiment you can attempt to clean it, remove the radio from your dash and pry open the cover and you'll see the mechanism check if there is any opening on top of it that can let you reach the lens, with a wet cotton swab (water is enough, don't use alcohol)clean the lens, with the other end dry it, assemble  and try if there is no improving then the laser is diying.
Please note that some chrisler Cd players are not so friendly with CDRs if you burn your own CDs try doing it a a lower speed.
