Audio Systems: jimmy radio, gmc jimmy, factory radio

i got a 95 gmc jimmy and the front speakers wont work but the back dose.i took the door pannel off but i couldnt find where the plug is for the speakers where is it? also do you know how to take the factory radio out so i can put a new in?
