Audio Systems: Car stereo, customer service hotline, honda odyssey

We recently moved overseas and had our Honda Odyssey minivan shipped to our new home.  The car is working fine, except when we turn on the radio/CD player the display says code error.  What do we need to do to get the radio/CD player working again?

 it sounds like someone has disconnected the battery and its tripped the radio units antitheft system, that is what is most common when OEM units give a code.. but in your owners manual you should find the info you need in the radio section that will describe the error codes and also the security codes with the antitheft if equiped.. if for some reason you cant locate them just simply call the customer service hotline and they will be glad to help you out ... hope this helps you if you need anything else please let me know
