Audio Systems: Car Radio - 2000 neon, power antenna, antenna cable

Question
I recently installed a JVC in-dash cd player in my 2000 neon. My stereo system works for all cds and such but there seems to not really be any radio reception. The power antenna wire is blue from the wire kit...but what do I need to hook it up to? what does it look like?

   Most of the time the power att wire isnt used unless you actually have a "power antenna" that raises up and down.. we will start with the small things did you install the antenna cable into your new head unit? and if so did it fit nice and snug usually with a click or snap sound ? .. if it didnt you might need an adapter which you can pick up at radio shack for a few bucks... this seems to fit the picture but you didnt give alot of specifics but it doesnt sound like any interferrence or antenna trouble, sounds like something simple like the cable not being plugged in good... if this doesnt work just give me a yell back and i'll see what else i can do for you
