Audio Systems: Dodge CD changer, volt power source, dodge caravan

Just before trading in my 2003 Dodge Caravan, I removed the SCD 130i cd changer I had installed without first removing the cd magazine. Now I am unable to remove the magazine to get the CDs.

How can I get the magazine out?

You have two options, first you will need to take off the outer cover of the changer to locate the connector circuit board. If you look closely at the board you may see which terminals are marked that will normally have 12 volts on them. If you do see this you can connect a 12 volt power source to the changer and then press the eject button below the magazine. Second, if you look on the bottom with the cover removed you may see a release pin that will release the magazine when pushed.(most changers will have some type of a manual release to get the magazine out of the unit.
