Audio Systems: Poor Radio Reception, cadillac seville sts, poor radio reception

2001 cadillac seville sts with bose radio.
poor reception in fm and even worse in am.
took it to a repair shop and they told me it might be the radio antenna module. cd in the radio sounds great.  where do i start chasing down the problem.  the problem recently started.
the repair shop gave me a ALLDATA online diagnostic chart. where is the antenna module?

On some vehicles they will use an RF amp/splitter if the antenna in installed in either the front or rear wind shields. I don't have the service manual for this vehicle so I can't tell you where the module is located, you may want to purchase the Chiltons service manual for your vehicle. You can purchase this at most larger auto parts stores for about $20.
