Questioni have a pioneer deh 245 it does not say what wires are what i know all but the speakers i have 2 sets of greens and 2 sets of grays

I will start by suggesting a google search for that units' diagram (if the information is not available at Pioneers website).

I see a DEH 240 on that page, would probably suffice, but you must register and login to get it.
Surely, the gray pair could be for the front and the green pair for the back speakers (or vice versa).
The easist hands-on way to find out which speaker is which, is to hook up a test speaker to them and start labeling the wire pairs with a pen and masking tape. After a few minutes and some tweaking of the balance and fader, you should have the wires mapped out correctly.
