Audio Systems: my car cd player cannot play CD, pioneer cd player, car cd player

Question
i just install a second hand Pioneer CD player.
but when i put in the CD its hear some lower Sound like moving the CD.
but after few second, it show err 11.
i need u help to fix this problem, the technician told me had to repair, it is the read head was spoil or the motor is something wrong?
