Audio Systems: Ford radio display problem, ford radio, power distribution

I have a Ford radio (XL3F-18C869-AD)that has a display that does not light up and the cd player does not work. Both the cd and display stopped working at the same time. Only the AM/FM works. Can you help? Thanks.

Most likely the display power supply is at fault for the no display problem. However because both areas stopped working at the same time, the problem may be an electrical related fault in the power distribution to the two areas.
