Audio Systems: Ford Galaxy 6 cd changer, ford galaxy, direct email

I recently bought the car a Ford Galaxy GLS 2.8 N reg and the cd was working fine with 3 cds in it.  When I tried to play the cd with 6 cds in it, an error message "ERROR 5" appeared on the dashboard display.  When I try to play the cd by pushing the control on the dashboard control it just keeps reverting to the radio. When I pushed the orange button on the cd unit to eject the cd cartridge, there is a slight noise but the cartridge will not eject so I cannot take the cartridge with the cds in it out.

The error 5 is a mechanical jam error code. Something is either jammed or broken in the CD player assembly. Do not pry on the CD unit or you will turn an possible easy repair into an expensive repair.  Please contact by direct Email for more details.
