Audio Systems: Err 6 signal in Suzuky Steem CD player, suzuky, steem

Question
I have a Suzuky steem 2001. After loading a CD, either home recorded or branded, an "Err 6" signal came out and there is any sound in the speakers. I have used a dry CD lens cleaner several times unsuccesfully. The AM/FM works properly.

Can you advice?

If the lens in the CD pick up is dusty or dirty, a CD cleaner won't help because the laser has to SEE the disc first before the disc will spin to clean the lens. You will have to have some one clean the laser lens manually.
