Audio Systems: 96 taurus radio, dash radio, control dials

I have a 96 Taurus and the radio looks like one big circle. The temp control dials are also on this circle. How do I remove and replace the radio in my car. I honestly don't see any radio that might fit.

There are several sources on the internet selling dash/radio replacement panels. With these dash units all you need to do is to swap out all the controls, the dash unit/trim has a din size cutout for an after market stereo.
