Audio Systems: car cd, duraband, car cd

hello,
i have a duraband mp3/CD receiver for my car.
i installed it easily and everything is working all but for the cd's.
it does not pull in the cd .
the cd only goes in to about 3/4.
what should i do?/
i have tried different types of cd's and still nothing.
the eject button is working is just that the cd does not go in all the way.
i can see 2 screws on top of the deck, should i unsrew them?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Vinodh,
It's possible that the screws on top are for locking down the deck for shipment? Try taking out the screws to see what happens, if you have the install manual look at it to see if these screws are shipping screws.
