Audio Systems: 6 speaker stereo in 95 Suburban, side speakers, chevy suburban

I have a 95 Chevy Suburban. It has 6 speakers. I installed a CD player with no problem. I used the correct wires. But I can not get the 2 side speakers to work. There is an amp under the drivers seat which I assume splits the signals to the side and back speakers. I have 2 extra wires (not connected) that are behind the CD play. Would these go to the amp box? I can not find any wire diagrams anywhere. What wires do what in the amp under the drivers seat? I need to know how to hook up the 6 speakers using the amp under the seat but I have no clue or guidance.

Please give me the complete model number off the factory stereo if you still have the unit and the model number off the amp. I will need these to know what amp you have installed in your vehicle.
