Audio Systems: Remove Ford Escort 1997 AM/FM Audio Player, flathead screwdriver, ford escort

Casette is stuck in my car Audio Player (Ford Escort, 1997). I need some details to remove the same.  There is no problme in playing, it is just not ejecting.

I do not have any tools to open it, I like to know what and where do the I find them.

I would appreciate any help regarding the same.

 a small flathead screwdriver can sometimes do the trick but you do run the risk of hurting the tape player ... i would suggest taking the unit to a small electronic shop and have them "open" up the unit and remove the stuck tape professionally to save any causes of damage .. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know
