Audio Systems: You certainly have not..., feedback address, radio stereo

Sorry for the snotty e-mail. But I have frequently received one of these "I have answered this question before" from the allexperts site in response to an actual question I have posted. I posted a question to you regarding my car stereo and this is the only response I received.

I have just sent a mail to the feedback address complaining about this. Not only does it mean my question doesn't get answered, but because it comes in the form of a "no reply" e-mail there is no way of contacting the volunteer to enquire whether this was an error, whether they received the question properly etc. etc.

The only recourse is to go back to the site and post the question all over again. It's very frustrating.

I have the service manual for your stereo and I will give you some tips on what items to test out. I will try to send the info to you some time on Wed if I get back to the shop before 8pm!, if not I will let you know something Thursday.
