Chevrolet Repair: Starting my car., camaro sport coupe, spark plug wires

Question
Hello I have a 1988 chevy camaro sport coupe multi port fuel injected 2.8L and it refuses to start.Recently I have replaced the spark plugs, coil, spark plug wires,  but the car still will not start. The engine is getting "fire" as well as gas. After attempting to start the engine a couple of times the spark plugs are dampened with gas what would be the problem?

Answer
If the plugs are getting soaked with gas, You must have weak ignition to the plugs and or incorrect static or valve timing.

Run a compression test and see what you get.

Also, Perform a BACK PRESSURE test on the exhaust as you might have a partially restricted catalytic converter.
