Audio Systems: 2000 mustang gt, rca plugs, wire colors

Question
Hi my problem is im trying to install and aftermarket amp in a 2000 mustang gt convertable. The stereo is mach 460. the car has 3 stock amps already, 2 in the back fo bass (low level) and on in the dash (high level) both high and low level amps power 4 speakers (8 total) I am keeping the stock deck and i am trying to find a signal for my amp do you know what wires it is? Also i am using an amp without high level inputs, do i need a line out converter or can i just use rca's that have rca plugs on one side and speaker wire ends on the other.

Answer
Craig,
Are you installing the new amp for additional bass? If so you will need a line level adapter(spkr level to line level) to connect the new amp into the existing factory speaker wires. I don't have my wiring book with me right now, I will let you know something about the wire colors in a couple of days.
