Audio Systems: radio\ electrical problem, 3 beeps, wire colors

I have a 96 camaro with I believe an aftermarket CD\ radio.  The problem is it turns off and on all the time.  When the radio is off the power windows will not work until the radio kicks back on.  If you lock and unlock the power locks this will sometimes get it to come back on, other times it doesn't help.  When the radio stays off for more than a couple minutes you hear 3 beeps if that means anything.  I did have ground wires checked and was told they were all ok.  I'm ready to just take it to Best Buy to have new head unit put it.  Should I try something else first.  Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance....

When you have to turn the radio on to make the power windows work, I would say that who ever installed the stereo connected some wires from the stereo harness to the wrong wires in the dash! I will try to find you the correct wire colors to connect the stereo to in the factory wires that the original factory stereo was connected to. this way you can rewire the power and grounds correctly.
