Audio Systems: replacing car radio, buick dealer, antenna wire

Question
I have a 1988 Buick Century.  The radio is shot.  I was told by the local Buick dealer that a radio from years 1983 to 1991 will fit, and I purchased a replacement from a salvage place.  Can you give me some installation tips, things to be on the lookout for as I do this replacement, things from your experience that might make this go smoothly?  Thank you.

Answer
Hello Scott,
As long as the connectors match up you shouldn't have any problems installing the replacement radio. When installing the radio make sure that you have the antenna wire fully inserted into the antenna jack and that the ground wire is attached to the case of the radio if it has one.
