2. If your car doesn't start, you should have the battery, starter, spark plugs, fuel pump, and alternator checked. All those items can be easily checked by any garage mechanic
3. Check all your fuses and relays. For most cars, the headlight fuses and relays are near the battery. Also try replacing the bulb itself; it may have just burnt out
4. The most common sources of noises usually come from your exhaust. You may just have some loose exhaust shields, or a hole may have developed.
