Audio Systems: Replacing my honda radio cassette, radio cassette player, phil mason

Hi Cody,
I want to replace the standard honda radio cassette player in my 2001 Honda Accord, but can't see how to remote it ?
Also
I have bought a Sony CD system to install and am not sure if I will nead a "bridge" cable.
I would be most grateful if you could advise me on the above

 ok let me give you the list of what you need to buy to finish the install then i will explain how they will answer your question .. first stop by radio shack or equal store and buy a dash install kit about 10-15 bucks and also a wire harness adapter kit from 8-12 bucks usually.. now the dash install kit will have full instructions on your removal so you can get the old one out and the new one in with no problems .. now the harness adapter will save you a large headache and having to ask me a ton more of questions this is the "bridge" cable i suppose you were speaking of but the adapter will wire into your sony's harness usually color for color or they will have labels to tell you what goes where .. then the adapter will plug into your factory plug so you dont have to cut the factory plug off and have a mess of wires to figure out ! .. hope this helps you out if i missed anything or you need anything else just let me know .. and good choice of a cd player i always recommend sony !
