Audio Systems: car alarm system problem, car alarm system, keyless entry system

I have a 'Magicar FAI 300' car alarm/keyless entry system installed on my wifes Altima.  The battery in the car recently died and I replaced it.  The car/electrical system works fine, but now the alarm system does not respond to the remotes.  The system is still functioning because the valet switch is responsive and the LED light continuosly blinks rapidly.  How do I reprogram the remotes?  I don't have the owners manual anymore.  Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

On many of these Magicar alarms you can reprogram the remotes with this procedure. Turn the ignition key to on and then back to off three times after doing so the lights should flash. Next, (quickly)press any button the remote and the lights will flash again confirming that the remote was programmed. lastly, turn the ignition back on and then to off to exit the program mode.
