Audio Systems: radio wiring, haynes repair manual, fuse block

Question
I PUT A CD PLAYER IN A 1999 SATUNE SL2 NOW I HAVE NO DASH LIGHTS THERE ARE 2 ORANGE WIRES LEFT THEY GET HOT WHEN U TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS SO I AM SURE THEY ARE FOR THE DASH LIGHTS BUT WHAT  DO THEY HOOK TO

  i hope you used a wire harness adapter kit to wire into your new stereo instead of cutting the factory plug off .. here is a link that should have a wire diagram to help you figure out what went wrong it will show you all the "stereo" related wires but i doubt it will have anything for exterior or interior lighting and switches for something like that you will need a haynes repair manual.. also before you dig into everything go to your fuse block and check all the fuses one at a time check EVERY fuse not just the ones you think are related.. here is the link that should help you out
