How many times can one tape over a video tape?
And what is the best video tape to buy?

Dear Lloyd,

I've successfully used VHS tape twice. You can use it more than twice, but the quality of the picture noticably degrades thereafter. No opinion re tape brand. Prefer Maxell, but that's a preference, not a tested recommendation.
