Audio Systems: Infinity tape deck problems, radio unit, exact cause

I have an older Town and Country with an Infinity stereo system. The problem is the cassette tape will not stay in the tape desk. When I push it in it pops right back out.

Any Ideas?

Hello Glen,
Most likely one of the sensors is faulty. This will cause the tape to pop back out to protect the tape from damage. Please give me the model number off the radio unit so I can give you some ideas on what might be the exact cause.
